Food we use – our meat
We get a lot of our meat from  Ryan Boon Speciality Meats in Paarl. Ryan goes out of his way to source grass-fed beef and pasture-reared pork and is always able to tell us exactly where our meat comes from
Food we Use – Our Chicken
At Starlings our house chicken is from Lazena Poultry. Lazena poultry is a family owned business based in Gordon’s Bay and their chicken is free range, free from antibiotics, growth stimulants or hormones.
Food we Use – Our Cheese
We use Montagu  cheddar as our house cheese. We love that it tastes like real cheese. Nothing added. It’s made from unpasteurised full cream milk from grass fed cattle, naturally matured.
